SpeakFlow
English that fits into your life
You want to improve your English, but your schedule doesn’t always allow you to show up for a lesson at the same time every week.
Your life is busy and unpredictable: work, meetings, deadlines, family, travel. Plans that can change from one day to the next.
You don’t always have an hour for a lesson — let alone another hour for homework and self-study.
So what happens?
-
You turn up to lessons unprepared.
-
You study intensively for a while, then lose momentum.
-
You reschedule a lesson.
-
You cancel one.
-
After a longer break, you have to get back into the swing of things.
-
You feel guilty that you’re not doing enough.
-
You get frustrated because you feel like you’re not making progress.
Sound familiar?
The problem isn’t a lack of ambition or motivation.
The problem is that the traditional way of learning doesn’t always fit real life.
Because you do have the motivation. You do have the ambition.
What you’re missing is a system that fits learning around your life.
You don't need more time. You need a method.
You may not always have an hour. But chances are, you have a few short moments throughout the day that you could put to good use.
Waiting in a queue.
In the car.
Out for a walk.
While cooking.
While ironing.
Waiting for a meeting to start.
SpeakFlow is a way of turning those small pockets of time into meaningful, focused speaking practice.
It’s a system designed to help you build fluency and keep making progress — even when life gets busy.
You don’t have to fit your life around learning. You can fit learning around your life.
SpeakFlow - how does it work?
SpeakFlow isn't just about having lessons. It gives you the structure, guidance and support you need to practise speaking regularly - whenever you have the time and space.
The process is simple:
Think → formulate → speak → record → listen → improve → speak again.
Step 1: Get a topic and supporting material
You receive a topic related to your needs or interests, together with materials to help you explore it and prepare your response.
Step 4. Get personalised feedback
I listen to your recording and give you specific feedback, both by voice and in writing.
I highlight what's good and what you could improve.
Step 2: Prepare your response
You read, listen to or watch the materials. You make notes, look up the vocabulary you need and put your own thoughts into English.
Step 5. Use the feedback and speak again
You listen to my feedback, improve your response and record it again.
That’s where the real learning happens: you use the feedback instead of simply receiving it.
Step 3. Speak and record
First, you practise speaking out loud. Then you record and send it .
Do it whenever you have a few minutes, don't wait until your next lesson.
Step 6. Discuss the progress
We meet regularly for a debriefing session to discuss progress and establish an action plan.
Why does it work?
You don’t have to wait a whole week for your next opportunity to speak English.
And you’re not spending your time doing random English activities just for the sake of doing something.
Instead, you follow a simple, focused process that keeps you in regular contact with the language:
-
You formulate your own thoughts.
-
You say them out loud.
-
You hear yourself speaking.
-
You get personalised feedback.
-
You use that feedback again.
And most of it can happen in short moments throughout your day — without having to sit down at your computer for an hour.
Most importantly, you’re not doing it alone.
You have a clear topic, supporting materials, a specific task, your own response and my feedback.
And you can come back to that feedback whenever it works for you.
But SpeakFlow isn’t a way to learn English without effort.
And that’s a good thing.
SpeakFlow doesn’t promise that your English will improve while you do nothing.
You do the work. I provide the direction, structure and feedback.
The difference is that you no longer have to wait for the perfect hour in your calendar.
You learn when you can — and you keep learning.
Who is SpeakFlow for?
SpeakFlow is for you if you:
-
want to improve your English but struggle to maintain a regular schedule,
-
have a demanding job or a busy family life,
-
want to speak more freely without translating every sentence in your head,
-
want to feel more confident speaking up in meetings and expressing your opinions,
-
want to feel more comfortable making small talk,
-
want to feel more independent when using English while travelling,
-
are ready to take an active role in your learning — including between sessions with your teacher.
SpeakFlow is not for you if you:
-
just want to “tick off” a lesson,
-
expect your teacher to do all the work for you,
-
don’t want to speak or practise expressing your own thoughts.
What will change in your life?
The goal is not just to give you more English exercises.
It’s to help you build new habits that gradually make using English feel easier and more natural.
-
Taking quick notes → it becomes easier to capture a thought and come back to it when you’re ready to work on it.
-
Using short moments for English → you stop waiting for an entire free hour before doing something useful for your English.
-
Formulating your thoughts in English → you gradually find it easier to say what you actually want to say.
-
Talking to yourself in English → English starts to become part of your everyday thinking, not just something you use during lessons.
-
Getting comfortable with your own voice → you start to hear your English more clearly and notice what you can improve.
-
Returning to feedback → you don’t just find out what could be better; you get a chance to apply the feedback and try again.
And perhaps most importantly:
You stop waiting for a lesson to practise your English.
“Finally, I can study when I have time”
I decided to join the voice chat program because I needed more flexibility in my learning. With many work responsibilities, I often had to reschedule lessons. Even when I attended, I was sometimes not prepared and did not revise the material regularly.
This program allows me to manage my own time and prepare recordings when it is convenient for me. To make a good recording, I repeat sentences many times, so revision has become a natural part of my learning. I also think about the topics before recording and prepare notes first, which helps me practise writing as well.
I like it that learning is not limited to one lesson. I learn when I prepare notes, record my answers, listen to my recordings and repeat them to improve. It feels like continuous learning.
At first, listening to my own voice was a little uncomfortable, but now it helps me notice my mistakes and improve my speaking. The program is flexible and easy to fit into a busy schedule.
At the same time, I always have the support of the best teacher, Dorota. I receive regular feedback, learning materials and exercises, and we have monthly video meetings to review my progress.
I highly recommend this program to busy people. It is flexible, effective and enjoyable.

Najczęstsze pytania
Do I need a lot of time for SpeakFlow?
No. That’s exactly why I created SpeakFlow. You don’t need another hour in your calendar. You learn in the short moments you already have throughout the day. At the same time, the program gives you clear tasks and structure, so you don’t have to wonder, “What am I actually supposed to study today?”
Does SpeaFlow replace traditional lessons?
SpeakFlow was designed as an alternative to learning through regular lessons at fixed times. If you want a more flexible way to learn while still having structure, support from a tutor, and regular feedback, that’s exactly what the program is about.
Do I really have to record myself?
Yes. Recording is an important part of the method because it allows you to actually practise forming your own responses, hear your English, and work on the areas that need improvement.
What if listening to myself feels awkward?
That’s a very common reaction. That’s exactly why recording is part of the process. Over time, you start to see your recording not as a “performance”, but as a learning tool — something that allows you to notice things you might not pick up on during a spontaneous conversation.
Do I have to be fluent to join?
No. SpeakFlow is for people who want to become more confident and fluent when speaking, whether they already speak fluently or are still building their confidence. What matters is that you’re willing to actively speak and work on your own spoken English.
Will I be in touch with the tutor?
Yes. You receive individual feedback on your recordings and have review sessions to reflect on your progress and plan your next steps.
